but how many times do you ask a loonie to straighten it out, how long do you want 3 cops to stand around there, while they have better things to do, an emergency perhaps, maybe even some doughnuts to nom? waiting it out until the drugs get out of his system? therapy session maybe? imo the line is crossed when the cop looses self-control or acts out of sadism. but not the case here. sure the guy could have been hurt, and that would´ve sucked, it really would have, but again, if 3 cops can´t hold the guy down, they HAVE to use force at some point. also a fucker crowd of 100 yelling people doesn´t exactly help to focus on not doing any harm.
it´s like firefighters axing a door open or ruining your living room while putting out mrs. johnsons kitchen fire. comes with the job.
