not in regards to racism, but you might find this funny:
I'd gotten the Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, and was outside eating by a fountain at the Bank 1 Building downtown Chicago. Having a nice time, opened the sandwich wrapper and it's only the chicken and bread. Missing mayo, lettuce and tomato. Thought I might let it slide, but thought no way.
Gathered my stuff up went back to Wendys, cut to the front of the line (super busy at lunch hour)
Cashier:
"Can I help you?"
Me:
"I'd like this made correctly."
She takes it from me and tells someone making food, "We have ANOTHER re-make."
That woman:
"Did you want everything on that?"
Me:
"Well, of course. What do you think?"She then puts a new sandwich into the bag and forgets to put in the fries I had in the first place. I think I said I had fries with that.
The best part is that there was a guy in line beside me trying not to laugh because of how exacting and quick I was with what I was saying, especially, I think when I said "Well of course, what do you think?"
It was a great afternoon, all giggles after that :D
