  i'm a freelancer... i haven't had a job for over a year... and even then - that was for 3 months then walked away(so I wouldn't call it a job)...

  ... before that I was freelancing for 4+ years...

  ... I'm not working nearly as much as I was last year at this time - can I file for unemployment?... cuz times are pretty hard right now.

  btw - if I can... i won't... that's just me... I'm just asking if legally I'm allowed.
