    People take posts on things like FB a little too casually.

    If you post something next to your name and your photo, then you are asking for scrutiny.

    Worth firing? Maybe not, but if you were on the post, that'd push you (easily) off.
    At the very least, it'd significantly hurt any chances of raises, opportunities, etc.

    Basically it shows a disrespect towards your employer. That's just bad business (bad for their business too).
