ARRRGGHHH...speaking of rent...On monday we just signed a new lease and paid the first months rent for a two bedroom starting in July. The real estate agent just called and said "The old tenant isn't moving out after all, and they've signed a one year continuation, so we'll have to find you a new place..."
I'm like WTF? They cashed my check for the deposit and I have a signed fucking contract???
This is total bullshit....
