I've freelanced for them for about 5 years now as a Flash guy (off site from Philly tho). They're actually my favorite client to work for. The folks there are really cool, laid back, and enjoyable to work with. I've worked with a lot of ad agencies (20 to be exact), and if I'd ever work fulltime for an agency, they'd be the one I'd work for. They're just different, but in a good way. I can't speak for the people who have worked FT in house, but from an off site freelancer's perspective, I.... like em.
