  ^ Ukit, the problem here, is that no one seems to be able to agree on the definition of "torture".

  No matter the definition, what the Administration is doing here is wrong, and unfortunately for Obama, could backfire on him, (therefore us) in a severe manner.

  America doesn't transfer power in this manner. Investigating and prosecuting past policies is outrageous. It won't pan out well for the Democrats and Obama knows it. End of story.
