honestly, the guy has some points....
I think a good product designer must put himself in the shoes of 'morons' and should also see in which possible situations his product will be used (see fire emergency with doors) etc. etc.
The 'moronic' approach actually makes for a good solid thinking about how products are/should be designed.
my 2c.
some are still funny tho.
