I consider myself a perfectionist. I deeply care about my work but I think I suffer because of my pursuit of perfection. I would probably get things done way faster if I didn't care as much, and would probably take less flak for spending too much time on something. Don't get me wrong though, I meet deadlines and can churn stuff out when required. All my career I've been fed lines like "Don't spend a lot of time one it" or "We've quoted the client 4 hours for a logo and stationery package" or "It's due by this afternoon".
