I remember on the old site I tried to look at the internships page and it was some weirdly anti-aliased little Times New Roman flash text that was hard as fuck to read. And it said you have to intern 3 months minimum. Strict.
You can't argue with their decision to ditch Flash and provide content in their blogs. It could look a little better and cleaner, but maybe a sloppy look will make them seem closer to the other big internet success stories like Twitter, Facebook and Google. All of those look down to earth, no super perfect grid or fancy typography.
