Do you have an example of how the XML should be formatted?
Even if biz people think otherwise, XML isn't a format, like PDF or PSD or whatever, it's a method of creating your own format with predictable containers....
Are you the flash developer? if so, you can inhale the XML however you want, if not, you should talk to the flash developer and make sure they can read the XML your CMS writes....
I've written custom CMS systems to write XML that's read by flash apps, and if anything's slightly wrong, the whole thing doesn't work.
