honestly..
its not glamorous
you're gonna work late nights
you wont get the girls solely on the premise you are a designer
avoid advertising if you value your self esteem
things always take twice as long as you think they do
designers think & do... don't settle for one
if someone expects you to make teas because you're the junior - grow a sack and walk out. be a man.
keep a sketch book
make REAL notes - not doodles OF notes, and funyn scribbles you cant read half hour later. - note will save your life. facteat some food.. you're looking frail in those skinny drainpipes
