well, being good in publishing doesn't mean being good in retail. not neccessarily. I haven't seen the shop and I find the whole idea of selling premium goods under the magazine name of this age and statue is a bit risky (or wishful). But I like Monocle for the spectre of its coverage, its stock (though I've heard people saying that "black doesn't look good on it"), its typography ("lettersetting sucks big time", said those), its volume. I pay 12 euros for it and I keep myself at least one week busy reading it over a lunch.
I don't know Good, though. Would buy it, if I see it on a shelf now.
