the look of the site supports the style. illustration is generally good.
navigation is not good. lack of consistency and dead ends make the site go from very positive initially to somewhat of an impression of amateurishness by the time you look at the various pages.
and as others have said, if the cartoon guy on the home page is going to look like he is talking, have him saying something. i thought my sound was broken.....
