    That sucks.

    I did have pain in that area last year and on a thigh both in the 1st or 2nd challenge... forgot which one...

    Tried running I remember but the pain got worse and ended up taking a break for like 2 weeks. It even hurt while sitting down.

    Do agree with mattia on those warm ups. Ever since I've been doing a lot of stretching (from around c4) I've been having less problems and better performance. I bought a bunch of magazines and checked the "runners's world" magazine to gather as many warm up options as possible.
