It's like class breaks and when you're a waiter as well. Smokers get to go on breaks all the time, especially if the teacher/professor smokes as well.
monospaced, I am with you. There are people here who go to the gym for at least 1 hour every single day, and come back for another hour before leaving. If I come to work 1 hour late, too bad.
