It is an EC in the fact that he liked the font enough to buy it, and wanted to share the link.
But the main purpose was to call the type guy out because he did not receive it a matter he deemed expedient, and never seemed to contact said type guy directly.
So yes, not the most clearest EC. Seemed to be updated after the initial post. And something that should have been handled in a different forum. Even if it was in the PVN only, as plastering that on the front page is a dick move. Granted the supposed second dick move between the two of them.
