yay! Just tried to do my first run in 30 days.
Weather was nice for the first time this year, clear skies 10 degrees... and so I had to go out. Struggled a lot and just did 4km but feels so good now. Very tired but very awake :o)
Sadly I am now coughing a lot. Hope it doesn't get worse. Have a lot of stuff to do at work this week.
