Yeah we're stoked- apparently it's one of the more difficult awards to receive, especially as a journalist (not an academic). Her project isill be to create a mobile-based citizen journalist reporting network, initially focused on taxi drivers. Sort of a more robust cabbie twitter, in Spanish.
