    It doesn't make sense for practical reasons.

    The rich pay some tax now. If you tax them higher, they'll just move their assets abroad, just like U2 who moved to Holland when Ireland started taxing artists. Or they'll find another way.
    What will be the outcome? Even less tax money than now will be collected by the revenue.

    Lower the tax for them and the rich of the world will move to your country. The outcome? More taxes collected.
