I know there are some nuances I'm not understanding, but I too agree with a flat tax system.
Why can't we all pay (some arbitrary number) like personal taxes of 30% and business pay 35%?
Can someone explain to me why such a simple system wont work?
Of course the more you make, the more you pay. 30% of 500k/year is a lot more than 30% of 35k/yr. and its just straight fair across the board me thinks.- also reorg the estate taxes and capitol gains system too.threadpost
