    i've been here since 2004, but you don't see me championing that fact. just learn to roll with the punches. i've been doing that since 2004. also, having a good degree of humility and self-deprecating humor is a must. it's even more important now than it was back in the 04. lose the attitude if you have one. it won't fly here. remember that it is 2009, which is 5 years since 2004. a lot can change in 5 years. hopefully, you have matured. i know i have, since joining circa '04
