This morning I wasn't able to take a shower because the landlord forgot to pay the water bill. I called him, in my best behavior I asked him what was the problem. He told me he forgot and apologized. He then asked if I wanted to pay him the rent in advanced because he was going to a church retreat. Hmmmmm (What to do?)
