yeh, just get the flash components manager, and by opening an mxp anytime it will 'install' it. Just drag the components from the components library onto the stage, and programmatically or from within the little properties boxes, adjust to fit.. Skinning can be fiddly, but ultimately help you in getting what you want looking how you want, and usually saving you a few hours of swearing.
Some components however, do not make much sense and you will want to kill yourself. Just sayin.
