Do you actually want specific types of amino acids that come in meat form? what i'm telling you about absorption is something I learned in school. But its not like i'm saying that you should only eat meat.
What I am saying is that a little bit of meat is super good for you. meat is filled with amino acids that you just can't get through veggies or supplements in the same way. And also, veggies accompanied with meat compliments each other's amino acid deficits.- Sure, amino acids would be a good start. Honestly Im interested, Im not just being a prick....mikotondria3
