I've been asked to re-skin a site for a local NGO HQ. I'm pretty tired of getting erkback messages on Plung, so I'm thinking of implicating some overboobs on the rear sled. It could also help the flids input their shit off-piste with a bit of hinge-work in the sponkbase but I'm also aware that it can compromise teet-weckling.
Anyone tried this before?
- teet-weckling's only really an issue in IE6 these dayskelpie
- you're just asking for trouble when you mess with the sponkbase. trust me!dropdown
- personally I'm most surprise you haven't upgraded from a sponkbased architecture, ffskelpie
- I heard there are weckling issues with PR2 also but I have no experience first hand.Horp
- Sponk is a nightmare to develop on, most of our sites have moved on to a Spoors Modulated Platformkelpie
- We are still commited to Sponkbase for the simple reason that it offers chuff dynamics.Horp
- the problem with PR2, mainly, is that it will only let you into the structure through the back doorkelpie
- (which it requires you to do over and over due to its poor Menglefrak Algorithms)kelpie
- Spoors is admittedly more flexible, but with Sponk you can be sure of a teflon finish on all but the rarest of platters.Horp
- I like a teflon back-end with PR2 for ease of 'enter and depart' core charges. I tend to get stuck on more ragged openings.Horp
- apertures.Horp
- I don't know, isn't using sponk kind of like admitting you fail? anyway, good luck with the overboobs, maybe try retatchling the arbovelumkelpie
- The pros and cons of sponk and spoors, are irrelevant if you don't de-compile your plung though.dropdown
- AND FOR CHRIST SAKE, REMEMBER TO WAX YOUR REAR SLED!!!dropdown
- Thats for the tip D!!
