it won't now. here's the deal. these guys squat on these names and say that they are 'building a website' for the domain. this is because they don't want to get into any legal trouble for squatting.
the truth is, they have a price in mind and they aren't going to let it go for too much less. why should they? they can sit on that name for years until a big company comes along willing to fork out the small change to grab it - small change being about $10k-$20k.
