  Sounds like someone just saw dollar signs when your email popped into their inbox, fucking greedy fucks that they are.

  I'd move on, if I were you - send them a wee note indicating that you won't even entertain their request as it was of only a peripheral benefit to you. Set up your site, then in a couple of month's time, accidentally drop them a circular mail or newsletter, inadvertently reminding them of your existence. If they've come to their senses, they might make you a more reasonable offer. If they haven't, ignore them ever more.
