We won our championship game 2-2 on Penalty Kicks.
I know it's incredibly lame, but that felt about as good as any championship game I've played in ever for teams that actually meant something like state championships and city leagues, haha.
We got in a fight with this team earlier in the year when we beat them 6-4, and they pulled a very lame move by asking for a late game and grabbing a keeper from a different team even though they had one, and enough subs.
Needless to say the entire game was played more like an american football game as opposed to true football, haha.
It was played in a Thunderdome-like atmosphere as four other teams lined the main field to watch and didn't play theirs since they didn't really mean anything.
I am fucking exhausted, haha.
