i really dig your work, and the hours of time you spent on it are obvious. i too agree though that the portfolio nav needs some work. given the heavy load times (which i'm fine with), when i saw the slides only partially animate on, i assumed that it must still be loading... this is reinforced by the nav circle only being partially filled (because it looks like a load bar the first time you see it).
fun stuff though!
