as Dmulins said, whatever the way things stop (leaving or getting laid of), it's better to be remembered as a nice guy, not a complete childish employee.when I quit my previous job I made a kind of family picture using the simpsons character creator, and sent it to everyone I worked with. They've been very pleased with that, and l when later I asked for a recommandation letter, I was glad I did not fucked up anything (basicaly I quit cause I was fed up, and could bear working at this place anymore...)
