I would suggest 2 prices, I think you're over-complicating things, and will create no end of account inquiries, and require you to micro-manage your hours... imo a waste of time.
I would recommend one discounted hourly rate for large jobs, and any subsequent adjustments are 'full price'. Once you engage with the client on a regular basis, if the quantity of work he's giving you justifies it, put him on the discounted rate permanently. They will appreciate the discount, and you're not gouging your own profits.
