    things move fast but not that fast :)

    my issue with (blanket) reducing spending during a recession was because of an experiment by the UK government in the 80s. There are still areas of the country that are suffering because of that experiment. It didn't work then so I can't see how it would work now.

    And I don't mean in the next month or two...
