We use DP all the time. Their quality is very good for the price but they've gotta be the most disorganised printer I've ever met. We've been using them for six or seven years and lately they've been losing orders, blowing deadlines, etc. I'm sure it's just a phase.
If you just need a couple copies I'd highly recommend Fabulous Printing (Tecumseth and King), http://www.fabulousprinting.com. Very fast and about the cheapest in the downtown core. There's also the Lettering Shop on Dufferin just south of Queen for more specialised mounting, finishing and cut vinyl stuff.
