  In other news, London and New York named tidiest cities ever and have a record of 0 drunk people pissing in street / vomiting on street.

  haha Come on you lot, you could walk through any city in the world and find photos like this. Granted it's never nice, thought you lot would be smarter than you think it's a problem restricted to Cardiff only hahaha.
