If you are feeling called to go to asia and work with and teach kids, I don't think that's something you should ignore. I am not saying throw your brain or common sense away, but certain things are worth pursuing without overthinking them. Even if you don't believe in God, I think he will take care of you if you make such a decision.
Priceless imo. And the funny thing is, you will probably get more out of it than any of the children will. Now Go!
