    "PEOPLE POWER will NEVER overturn the law or government in this day and age."

    I actually think it's far easier. Taking out the governments ability to communicate via mass direct action from a piece of software (for example) would be dead easy to achieve. You could cause massive disruption with no discernible culprit.
