5D is full-frame, nicer viewfinder, 30FPS in 1080P. Also more robust build, dial on the back, and of course feels great in your hand. I've got the 5D mark I, and it's great. You can use it in front of clients for ad shoots without somebody asking stupid questions. All that said, any camera in the hands of a good photog is better than any camera in the hands of a camera geek....
