mmmh.... who wins? the one who get the more exposition I would say. I mean, those pieces of illustrations are comissioned work which are supposed to be seen by public, not neccessary aware of "who did it first". If the copycat get his work for a worldwide advertising campaign for a huge client, I doubt people will be able to it's just a copy from someone else style.
