  That's alot of reading, can you give me some good suggestions of what i should be searching for, my ideal budget is around 1000 bucks yo.

  • Canon XSI + a nice lens. It's $589 for the body on BH. Or a 40D + 28-135mm IS lens. Good starting point.adev
  • Just watch out, with the battery grip the digital rebels ARE small. But image quality is on par with the 40D unless you need iso3200adev
