    Alot of this is pure crap. i didn't read it , and I'm not arguing with this article directly.

    But health and humanity is such a complex topic, and marketing and feelings effect any true information on the subject.

    Their are numerous examples of this. from the idea that water is better for you, the food triangle, cigarettes being good for you ...
    every 5 years red wine goes from being helpful to more dangerous than its worth.

    take this article with a grain of salt. Hopefully on a steak
    - our ancestors survived off what they had in the land, being vegetarian is so unnatural , but its sold as being authentic ... up until 50 yeas ago , with mass production, global conglomerates, MARKETING; man could not sustain a proper diet from just eating the locally available vegetation, and needed iron begotten from meat, etc.

    ... I digress, take it with a grain of salt - if this justifies you being a vegetarian so be it. But i dont see meat eaters dyeing off, and being tired all the time. Its mostly in your mind.
