    I think that entirely depends on whether the completely different views were in direct conflict with your own. I think its entirely possible to have a relationship with somebody who, for example, has conservative views whilst you might be a liberal, but I would question whether a relationship is possible if there is a strong moral conflict at the heart of the political differences.
