    drink at least 2 litres of water daily. eat fruit, 5 times. skip diner 2 times a week. avoid too much caffeine and transfats. use lemonjuice instead of vinegar when u make a salad. start exercising and something like yoga or gi gong. go outside daily for at least an hour. have a healthy relationship and see your friends as often as possible. but take time for yourself. meditate sometimes to let it all go. make trips and hikes ond weekends. these are my tips for a healthy life.
