Process to spot: best way?

    Maybe by typing the values into Photoshop's picker and then going into the spot colors to see what the application shows is the closest match. The best approach really would be to have the PMS book to reference. Are you working with a local printer? You could spec your colors in the document and then ask to borrow a swatch book to confirm the colors (or change the specs).
