This week was definately a transition episode. Kinda like when you're plotting a move in chess that's three or four turns ahead. But it was still fairly good, i thought. There was a whole "Doh, they're gonna find you out" tension reminiscent of bad sitcoms that i didn't appreciate. Wasn' my favorite episode by far.
SPOILERS BELOW IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN "Namaste"

i loved how they made you think for a minute that Juliet set Kate up (i was kinda hopin'). Also the whole Sawyer/Jack scene was awesome. Like a change of command ceremony almost.
i feel ashamed to admit that this was the first time that i realized that the plane didn't go back in time with them. i'm not sure why i didn't put that together before, but oh well. i friggin hate Caesar (i imagine i'm supposed to). i hope a flaming arrow is in that dude's future. And what we saw this week was obviously before Locke stepped out of the water (someone must find the freshly concussed Ben and bring him to the barracks).
i didn't really like the Christian scene. It was too...i wanna say Stephen King-ish. But i did find this pic while trolling around a couple Lost sites:

Is this Claire still hanging out with Jack's (and her own) dad? i highly doubt it's some crew member or a jumble of clothes on a chair so i'd guess that it is her. But i'm not sure she's even going to be in this season.
And the Ben as a kid thing was wild. You almost got a sense that he knew something, like that he knew Sayid. But, as another site said, it may be that he's already met Richard and is in the "Wait and be patient" period. Still, that kid did an awesome Ben impression.

And finally WTF HAPPENED TO FARADAY!?!?!
