  The restart is no mystery. IE is integrated into the whole OS, File browsing etc.

  • It's not... and you shouldn't have to reboot either. Didn't have to under Vista or 7.zarkonite
  • ok, you had to reboot because you didn't have all the updates installed prior to upgrading... how lame, @#$@# MS.zarkonite
