i have hvx200, pana is always easy to use and is better than decent in low light. but "low light" is relative, like you won't be able to shoot in the dark, and a little by candle light. but even 4k dollar cameras are not great in low light. Sony works more on the cutting edge but their technology is much more proprietary and therefore harder to integrate, unless you have a pc viao.
