@ukit -- Very good points! I am also on the design side of things, but have always been involved in the development community (further than what you see here, more like the people who make Web applications and that sort of niche).
But I think your right that it has moved into banner ads and things of that nature. I think it's totally gained ground in it's niche as well too. Great points though! Thank you!
