Well it's kind of a weird question...this community happens to be made up of people who are more on the "design" side of web design. I know there are others that focus more on UX, standards-based etc.
Bottom line there will always be a market for Flash and it has found many niches on the modern web - video (duh), banner ads, rich media marketing sites, games, etc etc. It's hard to see how Flash has lost ground over the past several years, if anything it's gained.
