Flash is not a deliver tool for content. If it is not supported on multiple formats, like on Mobile, it's not appealing to all demographics. My 60 year old Grandma can't use her back button because Flash won't allow it... Is it appealing to her knowledge? Is that user experience? Is that appealing to all demographics?
I am a designer and developer, but don't appeal to the whole "interactive" work -- to me it seems more like graphic designers who want to get on the Web (which isn't the case, just always feels that way).
